Tom Moggach is a professional primary teacher, food journalist, qualified grower and keen cook. He worked in schools full time before focusing on food journalism, with credits including The Guardian, The Food Programme and a two-year post as food editor on The London Paper (remember that?).  He writes the gardening column for Jellied Eel, the magazine of London Food Link. He loves working outdoors, teaching both adults and children how to grow and cook their own.   His first book The Urban Kitchen Gardener was published to much critical acclaim in 2012.
