Food writer Catherine Phipps is the author of The Pressure Cooker Cookbook; Chicken; Citrus; Leaf and, most recently, Modern Pressure Cooking.  As well as writing her own books Catherine has also works as a recipe tester and ghost writer for high profile clients.  She lives in London with her family.
